It works with any plan (Foundation, Professional, or Premier) and doesn't consume a Standard, Premium, or Elite module slot — it's priced separately. The first feature is AI Narrative inside Report Maker: describe what you want written, and the AI reads your actual org data to write a professional report section. New AI features are added to this module over time at no extra charge.
Aetrix AI supports Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI / ChatGPT), Gemini 1.5 Pro (Google), and Copilot via Azure OpenAI (Microsoft). The active provider is configured at the account level — your admin selects which one to use. All AI requests route through the backend server, so no API keys are ever exposed to the browser.
