Yes — switch up or down at any time. New pricing applies on your next billing cycle. Your module configuration stays intact unless your new plan has fewer slots, in which case we work with you to choose what to keep.
Plans include capacity expansion blocks (e.g. Foundation adds +$100/mo per 10 users). You'll see usage tracking in your admin console; we never auto-charge — overages prompt you to add capacity before they take effect.
Not currently. We onboard new customers individually within 24 hours of an approved access request. If it's not the right fit after onboarding, monthly customers can cancel for next-month's billing with no penalty.
Monthly billing: cancel anytime, no penalty, paid through the current month. Quarterly/Semi-annual/Annual: 14-day pro-rated refund window at the start of each new term; after that, fees are non-refundable for the term.
First 50 customers get a permanent $150/mo founder discount. Loyalty tiers add 10%/12%/15% at years 1/2/3+, stackable. Small businesses can apply for a $125/mo discount on Foundation/Professional (verification required).
For teams over 500 users or with custom needs (SLA, dedicated onboarding, on-prem integrations), Enterprise plans start around $4,000–$5,000/mo with all modules included. Contact us for a custom quote.
Outage credits are auto-applied per SLA. Referral credits accrue when your referrals become paying customers. Renewal credits build up as you renew. All credits have expiration windows and per-invoice application caps; you'll see your balance in your billing dashboard.
